What this website is
This site presents the design and construction work of CVR Nautical: custom aluminium vessels, refits and engineering. It exists so that you can understand what we do and start a conversation with us.
Nothing here is a binding offer
This matters, so we will be blunt about it. The models, dimensions, specifications, materials, performance figures, delivery windows, availability and price ranges shown on this site are indicative and illustrative. They describe the kind of work we do; they are not a commercial offer, and they do not commit us to any particular figure, date or outcome.
Photographs and renders on this site are presentational material and may not depict a specific vessel that has been built, nor the exact configuration you would receive.
Anything binding — scope, specification, price, milestones, warranty and delivery — exists only in a written contract signed by both parties. If something you have read here matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing before you rely on it.
Using the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes and to enquire about our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, extract its content systematically by automated means, or use its forms to send unsolicited commercial messages, misleading information or anything unlawful.
When you submit a form you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.
Intellectual property
The design of this site, its texts, images, drawings, the CVR Nautical name and its identity belong to CVR Nautical or to those who have licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. Reproducing, distributing, transforming or making them publicly available for any other purpose requires our written permission.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and its content current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. We are not liable for damage arising from the unavailability of the site, from errors or omissions in its content, or from decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here rather than confirmed with us in writing.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights under Spanish consumer law are unaffected.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Marbella (Málaga), unless a mandatory rule of consumer law gives you the right to bring the matter before the courts of your own domicile, in which case that right prevails.
